Order processing means collecting the products of the order and preparing them for delivery to the courier. After processing, the order is presented to the courier company. The delivery period starts after the order is delivered to the courier.

The price includes all costs of delivery of your order: packing, transport to your address, product insurance and commission for the courier processing the payment. In the process the order has a field for additional details - there you can specify details related to the delivery, which we will take into account when processing your order.

- Orders placed after 14.00 will be processed within 3 working days
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday start processing on Monday
- There may be processing delays on national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, more than usual number of orders during and after promotions and campaigns

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED SHIPMENT

It is the responsibility of the customer (recipient) to open the delivered parcel at the time of its receipt, in the presence of the courier, and to check for damage to the the shipment or shortages of its contents due to transportation.

A claim for damaged shipment shall be made at the time of receipt of the the consignment and in the presence of a courier, with which a confirmatory report in three unbound copies is completed.The report of inspection is binding for the validity of the covered damages and shortages on the shipment.The customer (the recipient of the consignment) is obliged to request the original and a copy of the protocol, after which the contact a representative of BareCare.bg to file the claim. BareCare.bg is committed to free of charge replacement of the damaged/missing item or refund of the amount paid by the customer only after the provision of the protocol by the client.
